John Magee is Co-Chairman, Co-Chief Executive Officer and founder of DTZ Rockwood, and co-manages the firm with Daniel McNulty. Prior to forming Rockwood in 1991, Mr. Magee was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of The Harlan Company, a New York based real estate investment banking firm. While at Harlan, he developed and managed the firm's workout, advisory and transactional businesses. Prior to joining The Harlan Company, Mr. Magee was Senior Vice President and Partner of Eastdil Realty, Inc., specializing in real estate portfolio dispositions and workouts. Prior to Eastdil, Mr. Magee was Senior Vice President, Director of Real Estate and member of the Executive Committee of Korvettes, Inc., a New York based department store chain.
