Image of Brian Dowd Justin Driscoll is a Senior Vice President of DTZ Rockwood, primarily responsible for leading the firm’s debt restructuring and loan sale advisory initiatives. Mr. Driscoll specializes in the resolution of intricate distressed debt products, including both securitized and non-securitized structures, as well as credit analysis and underwriting of mortgage loans. He has extensive experience in the successful negotiation of inter-creditor agreements, co-lender agreements and pooling and servicing agreements. Prior to joining DTZ Rockwood, Mr. Driscoll was a Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers, where he was closely involved in the development of Lehman Brothers’ mortgage loan syndication platform, managed the firm’s CMBS team and oversaw the securitization of and sale of over $35 billion of fixed- and floating-rate commercial and multifamily mortgage loans, and participated in the distribution of more than $3 billion of whole loans to domestic and international syndicated loan investors. Mr. Driscoll earned a B.B.A. in Finance and Business Economics from University of Notre Dame.
