John Bell is a Managing Director of DTZ Rockwood and leads the firm’s Miami office. During his two decade career, Mr. Bell has executed real estate transactions in excess of $3 billion across all asset types, with a primary focus on the equity sale of investment properties in the Florida and Southeast US markets. Mr. Bell’s expertise extends to debt placement, joint ventures, investment land dispositions, and real estate advisory services. Prior to joining DTZ Rockwood in 2007, Mr. Bell was an Executive Vice President and Principal of Trammell Crow where he served as the head of the South Florida Investment Sales department, and post merger was an Executive Vice President with CBRE. Previously, Mr. Bell was a Senior Director of Cushman & Wakefield, where he focused on investment sales as well as valuation and consulting services for a wide range of institutional clients, insurance companies, pension funds and lending institutions. Mr. Bell received his B.A. in Finance from Florida State University.
