Ines Leung is a Senior Vice President of DTZ Rockwood and works alongside Co-Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer Dan McNulty, to help lead the firm’s national marketing initiatives. Her responsibilities include client development and continuity, deal execution, cross-business growth strategies, and other strategic marketing efforts. Prior to joining DTZ Rockwood, Ms. Leung was at Credit Suisse as a member of the Real Estate Private Fund Group within the Investment Banking division, focusing on capital raises for real estate private equity and debt funds worldwide. In this role, Ms. Leung was also involved in advising financial sponsors, ranging from multinational private equity platforms and domestic REITs to emerging markets multifamily developers, on business and marketing strategies from fund formation through final closing. Previously, she was a Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group focusing on investment sales, joint ventures and financing in the suburban markets surrounding New York City. Ms. Leung’s experience includes over $10 billion of disposition, private placement and advisory services for commercial real estate and real estate-related investments. Ms. Leung holds a B.S. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
