Bob Vegliante is General Counsel of DTZ Rockwood. Prior to joining DTZ Rockwood, Mr. Vegliante served as General Counsel and Secretary with SLSB, LLC, a Connecticut-based company established to develop and sponsor structured products for the capital markets. Prior to SLSB, Mr. Vegliante served for over 9 years as a Deputy General Counsel of Citigroup Asset Management, where he was responsible for managing a division of the firm’s legal staff overseeing more than 150 open-end and closed-end investment companies, UITs and variable funds. He was also responsible for general securities law matters involving registered investment advisors and registered broker dealers relating to the management and sale of investment products. Mr. Vegliante holds a B.S. in Biology from Manhattan College and a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law.
