Alex Ray is a Managing Director contributing his development, acquisition and asset management experience to Advisory Services assignments. In addition, Mr. Ray works closely with institutional and high net worth international (non-US) capital in direct property investments, joint ventures and other capital markets transactions within the United States.  Mr. Ray began his career at American Continental Properties where he was Vice President and actively involved with the acquisition, development, construction, financing, disposition and asset management of institutional grade assets throughout the United States and Western Europe and specialized in repositioning troubled assets. Mr. Ray holds a Master of Regional Planning in Development from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was the recipient of The Herbert K. Brown Scholastic Award by The Wharton Real Estate Center for outstanding scholarship in the field of Real Estate, and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University, where he serves on the Executive Committee of the real estate program.
