Pre-Disposition Asset Management
DTZ Rockwood specializes in providing pre-disposition asset management services regarding other real estate owned (OREO), under-performing real estate assets owned by investors and under-performing real estate loans, which require re-positioning to achieve optimum disposition value. In its capacity as pre-disposition asset manager, subject to our client’s direction and oversight, DTZ Rockwood serves as the surrogate owner and operator of a property or a portfolio of properties for a period of time necessary to reposition the property or properties, typically 6-18 months, to generate incremental value from the disposition of the asset(s). The firm often provides these services while simultaneously restructuring debt secured by the property.
